My daughter was nervous about getting an expander and braces. From the moment we started the process, the staff made my daughter feel at ease and created a very positive and comfortable experience. They explained the entire process and layout the treatment plan and cost. There were no hidden fees and all questions answered as well as continued communication. When you walk in you are immediately welcomed by a sign that says welcome our newest members and congratulating patients who are competing their orthodontic journey. The friendly check-in ladies and offer coffee, cookies, nice, etc. There are games for the kids to play while they wait and tvs with movies. Every staff member I had an interaction with was so friendly and you could truly tell they loved their job, especially the first team member we saw who took all the pictures. She was so kind and great with my anxious daughter. Our treatment coordinator was super helpful and Dr Ferlito was very personable. My other daughter sees Dr. Badalamenti, as did I when I was younger. I will always recommend anyone I talk to come to this office. Amazing place to be!

So far so good! Entering into phase 1, knowing phase 2 will be necessary. Staff are friendly and professional, and they always take the time to explain things and work with my younger child who is not very thrilled about her new orthodontic journey. Facility is clean and up to date. Just wish less focus would be paid to all the ‘extra’ stuff - tshirts, pens, bracelets, calendars, constant give always, iPads in the lobby, etc. Perhaps spending less money on the unnecessary would reduce costs to patients as there certainly are more affordable orthodontic options available in the tri-county area.

Yesterday I went for my ortho consultation and I am so happy my Dentist referred me to this office. From the front desk staff to the doctor and back office, were all great. I was having a rough day. I had a car accident prior to my appointment but still made it to my consultation. The young lady Nicole that took my pictures was awesome and friendly. I believe the young lady named Shelby that went over the payments with me, was awesome as well. Dr. B was great. The same day I was able to get in to get my braces done, which I didn't expect at all. The young lady asked the staff in the back to squeeze me in, so I wouldn't miss anymore work. The young lady who put the braces on personality was great and she did a great job. I am glad to continue at this office for my braces. I will be referring more people here. If I could give more stars, I would!

Getting my braces was the best decision I ever made! I was 41 years with braces for the time ever and was so grateful for them. It is something I have always wanted for myself. Unfortunately during my journey, I was diagnosed with breast cancer a few months later. My excitement came to a halt when I had to face all the unknowns. I remember at one point feeling guilty for wanting to better myself.After surgeries and treatment, I was on the mend and was recently rewarded the day my upper braces came off! (Lower braces coming soon!) I was so excited! A new me after a very difficult year and the reward was a beautiful smile to celebrate life. I let Dr. B know that he seems to casually walk around the office like this is normal everyday life but what they do is life changing! His response was after 45 years I still love what I do❤️ Both Dr. Ferlito and Badalamenti have been amazing and professional. I’ve always trusted their expertise. ALL the staff at BFO is also amazing and so friendly. I always felt like they were just as excited as I was for my new smile. Thank you for everything you do BFO! A smile is worth a thousand words!❤️😁

ITS A 2.5 NO 2 STARS, my experience in there was OK for my first time and the amount of money you paying, so I keep going to the Macomb office because a couple of the brackets didn’t hold in place and that was a waste of time because why you couldn’t do it right the first time but no I have to go there like 3 or 5 times because they keep falling, the staff are like a beginners and some of them not very friendly, and the most odd thing is that every time I have to go the for my appointments there’s someone different to check my teeth, why not just one consistent one, but don’t give me wrong there is really good ones in there, who really like what they doing, there is more to add but I don’t want this review to be like a biography, so if you can do your research because having braces or something else is years of commitment.

Overall, a good experience. Everyone who worked on my son was very polite, kind and kept us informed about his treatment and progress. We visited both offices and liked them both. The only complaint I had was that treatment took almost double the amount of time we were originally told. I know the time frame was not concrete and COVID also pushed back his treatment, but looking at treatment time alone, it took quite a bit longer than we expected. Despite this setback, we are extremely happy with the results and are grateful for Dr. B’s expertise!

3 out of 4 of my children are patients at badalamenti-ferlito and we have been very happy with the care they've received so far. My only criticism is that the treatment area is not very private and it's very noisy. I was there recently with my son for his appt to have braces applied and it was so loud I could barely hear the instructions the tech was saying directly to us but I could hear every other conversation and patient information of several other patients in the room which seems like a hipaa violation. Some larger, more private dividers and sound baffling would be very appreciated.

I was a transfer patient when I came to Badalamenti-Ferlito Orthodontics, and was a little nervous. They were nice though during the first meeting and my teeth are so straight! They were rough once or twice, but it didn't happen again. I love that there are so many fun contests, snacks in the lounge, and they even have tablets with cool games! When I got my braces off, they gave me a bag with Snickers, Skittles, popcorn, and a BlowPop! BF ortho was great, execpt they were rough once or twice.

As an adult getting braces, I did my research. I saw a few other doctors before ultimately choosing Badalamenti-Ferlito Orthodontics. The staff is friendly and kind. Dr. B gave me several options on treatment and explained the pros and cons to each. In the end I opted for traditional braces with clear brackets in the front. My family will be coming back when my children are ready for treatment.

We visited a few orthos due to different opinions on what we should do. What Dr Badalamenti suggested seemed to be the most practical as well as affordable route. They have a lot of experience with Invisalign and our daughter was a candidate for it. We took that route since pricing was the same for either that or regular braces and Invisalign requires minimal visits. So far the office has been on time with appointments. They have a very friendly staff and a nice accommodating waiting room with food, charging stations, iPads etc. We started in February with about 2 months into the process and are doing great! Thanks for making the journey seemless!

So far our experience here has been amazing! Our daughter is still awaiting treatment, as Dr. B wants to let her teeth grow and fall out on their own! I love that his immediate answer to our first meeting was not to put her in two phases of braces, but to see what would naturally progress and keep an eye on her every 6 months. I knew years ago I’d bring my child to this practice, I used to work at a dental office and we referred all our patients to Dr. B! He even treated the children of the doctor I worked for with great success and I knew he’d care for my daughter in the same manner. He always takes time to explain what’s happening and what he thinks the next steps will be. His whole staff is so nice and accommodating. I tell everyone to go here, they are the best!!

I couldn’t be happier with my treatment and experience here!! I had a very bad experience with my previous orthodontist so when I was referred to Badalamenti-Ferlito Orthodontics and had such positive results, I was thrilled! My treatment time was right on and the end result great! The office was a pleasure to visit, so bright, clean and modern! The staff super friendly and the Doctors very knowledgeable and extremely well at what they do with an eye for perfection! I felt like I was in good hands and didn’t have to worry, I knew they would take care of me; I will be bringing my children here when they are ready as I know I can trust the care they will receive!

We love Dr. B, Dr. Ferlito, and all of the staff here! Both of my kids have had braces and their transformations are amazing. They both finished with their braces sooner than expected as well. We usually get in and out of the office quickly without having to wait long and are always greeted with a smile.

We see Dr. B and Dr. Ann Marie. Both are phenomenal. Both of my kids enjoy going to the office. My son is about to start treatment and I was nervous but the office staff really makes you feel better about what is being done. I trust these Drs more than anyone. So happy we found such great people.

My daughter is a patient at Dr. B... she is alwsys smiling on her way out after her appointment. And WHAT A SMILE! We love the staff, and have been to both offices. Macomb is a smidge closer, but you should pick the best match for you.I wish my parents had known about Dr. B's smiles:)

Dr. B was amazing! I waited until I was 25 to get Invisalign. He made me feel super comfortable and confident! With his industry-leading techniques, I was even able to cut my wear-time down by 60%!! Staff is super friendly, and wait times are at a minimum! There are fun games for children to play in the waiting room to occupy them and it is a LIFE-SAVER!!! Also, there are fun incentives available to help the children along such as frequent teeth brushing and attending scheduled visits which helps earn them gift cards. I definitely recommend this place!

Dr. B and his staff are amazing! They are always so nice and helpful. They explain what they are doing every step of the way.
