Best Orthodontist I have ever been to! The doctors are a great team! They are 10/10 professional, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure not only their patients are cared for but also that patients family. My son has had very bad experiences with this ortho. He has had to go back 3 times before getting his braces on for brackets breaking. They all broke while he was sleeping. He got braces installed today and two hours later when he was laying in bed the bottom bracket snapped. I call them and they say they can’t get him back in until Saturday. I do not recommend this ortho.

When you walk in you are immediately welcomed by a sign that says welcome our newest members and congratulating patients who are competing their orthodontic journey. The friendly check-in ladies and offer coffee, cookies, nice, etc. There are games for the kids to play while they wait and tvs with movies. Every staff member I had an interaction with was so friendly and you could truly tell they loved their job, especially the first team member we saw who took all the pictures. She was so kind and great with my anxious daughter. Our treatment coordinator was super helpful and Dr Ferlito was very personable. My other daughter sees Dr. Badalamenti, as did I when I was younger. I will always recommend anyone I talk to come to this office. Amazing place to be!

So far so good! Entering into phase 1, knowing phase 2 will be necessary. Staff are friendly and professional, and they always take the time to explain things and work with my younger child who is not very thrilled about her new orthodontic journey. Facility is clean and up to date. Just wish less focus would be paid to all the ‘extra’ stuff - tshirts, pens, bracelets, calendars, constant give always, iPads in the lobby, etc. Perhaps spending less money on the unnecessary would reduce costs to patients as there certainly are more affordable orthodontic options available in the tri-county area.

I think this was a wonderful yet adventurous experience with my braces.I am very thankful that my teeth are straighten and I have no problems with eating anymore and no more food getting stuck in my teeth. Yesterday I went for my ortho consultation and I am so happy my Dentist referred me to this office. From the front desk staff to the doctor and back office, were all great. I was having a rough day. I had a car accident prior to my appointment but still made it to my consultation. The young lady Nicole that took my pictures was awesome and friendly. I believe the young lady named Shelby that went over the payments with me, was awesome as well. Dr. B was great. The same day I was able to get in to get my braces done, which I didn't expect at all. The young lady asked the staff in the back to squeeze me in, so I wouldn't miss anymore work. The young lady who put the braces on personality was great and she did a great job. Getting my braces was the best decision I ever made! I was 41 years with braces for the time ever and was so grateful for them. It is something I have always wanted for myself. Unfortunately during my journey, I was diagnosed with breast cancer a few months later. My excitement came to a halt when I had to face all the unknowns. I remember at one point feeling guilty for wanting to better myself.After surgeries and treatment, I was on the mend and was recently rewarded the day my upper braces came off! (Lower braces coming soon!) I was so excited! A new me after a very difficult year and the reward was a beautiful smile to celebrate life. I let Dr. B know that he seems to casually walk around the office like this is normal everyday life but what they do is life changing! His response was after 45 years I still love what I do❤️ Both Dr. Ferlito and Badalamenti have been amazing and professional. I’ve always trusted their expertise. ITS A 2.5 NO 2 STARS, my experience in there was OK for my first time and the amount of money you paying, so I keep going to the Macomb office because a couple of the brackets didn’t hold in place and that was a waste of time because why you couldn’t do it right the first time but no I have to go there like 3 or 5 times because they keep falling, the staff are like a beginners and some of them not very friendly, and the most odd thing is that every time I have to go the for my appointments there’s someone different to check my teeth, why not just one consistent one, but don’t give me wrong there is really good ones in there, who really like what they doing, there is more to add but I don’t want this review to be like a biography, so if you can do your research because having braces or something else is years of commitment.

Overall, a good experience. Everyone who worked on my son was very polite, kind and kept us informed about his treatment and progress. We visited both offices and liked them both. The only complaint I had was that treatment took almost double the amount of time we were originally told. I know the time frame was not concrete and COVID also pushed back his treatment, but looking at treatment time alone, it took quite a bit longer than we expected. Despite this setback, we are extremely happy with the results and are grateful for Dr. B’s expertise!

If I could leave 0 stars, I certainly would. This is the most unprofessional orthodontist. They don’t care about their patients. They have done more damage to my mouth over the last couple of years and left me with wires and brackets that aren’t doing anything because they haven’t been touched. Every time I have had an appointment scheduled they mess something up and have canceled on me. I couldn’t get ahold of them for the longest time. Now this time trying to get an appointment scheduled, they blamed me for the condition my mouth is in that THEY left it in and when I didn’t agree they hung up on me 3 times. I’ve already paid thousands into my mouth treatment and now have to start over with someone else. If you want good quality treatment, I don’t recommend this place.

My daughter wore braces for about 6 years due to an impacted tooth that was tedious and timely to bring down through her gums. She just recently had the braces removed, and her smile is beautiful, but because of the extensive treatment she has some bone loss in her jaw and gums. Not to mention multiple cavities that are a result of plaque buildup not being able to brush or floss completely between her teeth. She was a faithful flosser and we took her to the dentist for her annual tooth cleanings. She now has been refered to a periodontist where she may need some bone grafting to address this issue. If having braces on all that time wasnt bad enough and now having to deal with this is most uunfortunate. I think this situation could have somehow been avoided or taken in a different direction...because what good are straightened teeth if the bone loss leads to her teeth falling out as she ages.

3 out of 4 of my children are patients at badalamenti-ferlito and we have been very happy with the care they've received so far. My only criticism is that the treatment area is not very private and it's very noisy. I was there recently with my son for his appt to have braces applied and it was so loud I could barely hear the instructions the tech was saying directly to us but I could hear every other conversation and patient information of several other patients in the room which seems like a hipaa violation. Some larger, more private dividers and sound baffling would be very appreciated.

We met Dr. Ferlito today at Badalamenti-Ferlito Orthodontics. In the end, my daughters teeth look beautiful. That's what's most important. The Shelby Township office is modern, clean, and offers amenities that kids appreciate. Would I choose the same practice for my son if he needs braces? For appointment scheduling reasons, probably not. I found scheduling appointments around school hours challenging.

I was unable to go to my two sons appointments. This practice is not user friendly and has been crippled by technology. I couldn't fill out my electronic forms because I couldn't reset my email and God forbid there be any human interaction. In my opinion.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m doing this for the 2 movie tickets lol.My journey with braces was really comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. There’s always snacks and juice available, which I made sure to grab before I left. They even have cords for you to charge your phone with! I loved how I got points each time I visited them, which in turn let me get free gift cards. The day I got my braces off I got a goodie bag full of snacks, it was great and I didn’t expect it. I’m beyond happy with my smile and I got my braces off sooner than expected! Now I’m not afraid to show my smile off!

They are very nice and caring, they always get me in when something goes wrong, like a bracket breaking or a rubber band coming off and I have never been charged any extra for it. I was a transfer patient when I came to Badalamenti-Ferlito Orthodontics, and was a little nervous. They were nice though during the first meeting and my teeth are so straight! They were rough once or twice, but it didn't happen again. I love that there are so many fun contests, snacks in the lounge, and they even have tablets with cool games! When I got my braces off, they gave me a bag with Snickers, Skittles, popcorn, and a BlowPop! BF ortho was great, execpt they were rough once or twice.

As an adult getting braces, I did my research. I saw a few other doctors before ultimately choosing Badalamenti-Ferlito Orthodontics. The staff is friendly and kind. Dr. B gave me several options on treatment and explained the pros and cons to each. In the end I opted for traditional braces with clear brackets in the front. My family will be coming back when my children are ready for treatment.

When we first found out my daughter needed to see an ortho she was extremely nervous but once we stepped foot into BF Ortho my daughter was so amazed. The office staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. They have so much for children to do there from games to computers and even taking selfies (which is my daughters favorite) and much more! We visited a few orthos due to different opinions on what we should do. What Dr Badalamenti suggested seemed to be the most practical as well as affordable route. They have a lot of experience with Invisalign and our daughter was a candidate for it. We took that route since pricing was the same for either that or regular braces and Invisalign requires minimal visits. So far the office has been on time with appointments. They have a very friendly staff and a nice accommodating waiting room with food, charging stations, iPads etc. We started in February with about 2 months into the process and are doing great! Thanks for making the journey seemless!

So far our experience here has been amazing! Our daughter is still awaiting treatment, as Dr. B wants to let her teeth grow and fall out on their own! I love that his immediate answer to our first meeting was not to put her in two phases of braces, but to see what would naturally progress and keep an eye on her every 6 months. I knew years ago I’d bring my child to this practice, I used to work at a dental office and we referred all our patients to Dr. B! He even treated the children of the doctor I worked for with great success and I knew he’d care for my daughter in the same manner. He always takes time to explain what’s happening and what he thinks the next steps will be. His whole staff is so nice and accommodating. I tell everyone to go here, they are the best!!

First visit here with Dr. B today and gotta say this was one of the best dental experience I had. Dr. B is super nice and warm. He met with me and went over my case in detail and made sure I had no other concerns. Dr. Badalamenti was my orthodontist, so naturally when it was time for my sons to receive orthodontic care, there’s no other place I would trust. Dr. B customizes an oral care plan specifically to each person, it’s not a one size fits all treatment program. After being told by another orthodontist that I would need to have jaw surgery in order to get a perfect smile, I was going to just forget about it and leave my smile the way it was. It wasn't really noticeable to everyone, but I knew it needed work and was a little self conscious about my smile. I went to get a second opinion from Dr. B and he could tell how terrified I was to get surgery so he told me he would give me a perfect smile without all that trouble. I was so relieved when Dr. B told me that during our consultation. Now that I have had my braces for 1 year I can see a dramatic difference and I can't thank Dr. B and Dr. Annemarie enough for their amazing work.
The office is very modern and fun with a photo booth area, games and computers for kids to play while they wait or for their siblings to play as they wait. The staff is all so nice and inviting during every visit. I really love them.
I truly recommend anyone who wants braces or has children that need braces to go talk to Dr. B and Dr. Annemarie, they won't regret it!

My daughter and husband came in for my daughters appointment. She was nervous but excited. I stayed home with my other children. When my daughter came home and walked through the door I asked her how it went. She said "it went great Mom!!! I'm part of a club!" About 10 years ago (or a little more) my first son needed braces. After a lot of searching we came in for a consultation. I found Dr. B and his staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable with my choice to use them. Excellent result when the braces came off.Not long after son #1 had his braces off I took in son #2. Excellent results again!A couple years after that daughter #1 who had straight teeth but bum luck that her back molars were turning outward. Dr B worked with us on the cost as she would need to have braces to correct the back teeth. Not surprising- great results again. ( I forgot to mention daughter #2 went in for consultation when she was about 8 yrs old. Snaggle tooth. Dr. B fitted her with a retainer that corrected her teeth. We were very hopeful to avoid braces with her.)About 3 years after that daughter #2 in for a consultation. She has a lot of overcrowding. Dr. B is working with her dentist to get some teeth out a little earlier to allow some of the teeth coming in some room to move to correct position.I highly recommend you take your children in for consultation around 7-9 years old. Sometimes a very inexpensive retainer or his advise will save you money in the later years but also give your child the confidence of a great smile!

Will absolutely loves going to Dr B's office. Everyone is really nice and makes him feel welcome. Will gives you all a 10 star rating. He said he gives you all a 10 star rating because of the amazing way you all work together and he wishes he had skills like that. From the mouth of babe's. Hey, I cant make that stuff up. His Mom likes the video games that keeps him from complaining that he is bored and no matter how full the waiting room is, we have never waited more than 20 min.

I was happy to hear that I didn't need my bands during the day. I like how everything is explained to me before I leave and what the goal is for the next time I come. I get lots of points on my rewards card. I'm saving them up for something good! Everyone is really nice and I know other kids who see Dr. B. He is always friendly and his daughter is, too. Having a cookie on my way out is the best. I love Dr. B's!

Dr. B is the best! My teeth look fabulous. I love my smile. My retainers feel great in my mouth. Thanks for the perfect teeth!Also,My 7 year old son Avery has permanent teeth coming in crooked . Dr. B and his staff are so informative and helpful. I really trust him and this office. Considering I had my braces done by him 30 yrs ago. If you have any doubts, trust me; this is the office to come to. You'll have Dr. B's experience and now his daughter fresh out of school to collaborate and work together for the best course of action with your teeth

The service is always with a smile (no pun intended). All of the employees are very kind and sensitive and always want to help. The new doctor is really nice! I am really happy with my invisalign because, as a junior inn high school, it is nice not to have to go through the braces process. Also, the cookies are good and always make my day!Doctor Badalamenti helped me personalize my experience and took as much time as my family and I needed to make a decision on how we wanted to progress with my treatment.

This is a great place to get braces! All of the staff is very friendly. Everyone is very thorough with what they do making sure you get the best treatment every step of the way. Both doctors take the time to meet with you, go over everything in detail and answer any questions you may have, making you feel comfortable and in good hands. Even when it comes to payment (for someone without ortho coverage) they offer great options and make sure that you can have a great smile without a serious dent in your wallet. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Dr. B was the second orthodontist we visited. We first went to an orthodontist recommended by a dentist we no longer see. My daughter was frightened of that orthodontist and so I called a friend who's son recently had braces to ask about her doctor. She raved about Dr. B. Even though the office is across town from us, I made an appointment to try for a better experience. I literally dragged my daughter into the appointment crying. When we left, she was bouncing and complaining she couldn't go back for another six months. Dr. B and his staff are amazing. They care about their patients and really understand kids. I've been so happy with this experience. While not every part of braces is fun, my daughter still loves going to Dr. Badalamenti.

The office staff including the techs in the back are fabulous. I love that they have all the contests for the kids. It make the kids want to come to Ortho. I highly recommend Dr. B's office if you need braces at any age. You walk in like this and walk out like this
